Course offerings/limitations

For the academic year 2021/22 we are having discussions with Kyoto University regarding the amount of exchange places. We have got one semester but are asking for one more.

OBS! Please read the 'Regelverk för utlandsstudier' regarding minimum average grade you need to have to apply for this university (comment valid for application to LiTH).Exchange students may take courses at the Graduate School of Engineering and Faculty of Engineering. They may take courses at either the bachelor or the graduate level but may not combine courses from both levels. This is because the exchange student will be admitted as either an undergraduate or a graduate student and then will have access to only courses that correspond to his/her status as an undergraduate or graduate student.

Insurance

Students are recommended to purchase National health Insurance. The yearly fee is approximately 18,000 yen for unmarried international students living in Kyoto City.
