Exchange students have acceses to courses based on their language proficiency level. Students who have Japanese language level JLPT N1 can take regular classes like Japanese students.Students should apply to one school as their main school of study where they take the majority of courses. It is possible to take some elective courses from different schools, but some courses may be restricted. Please consult with the International Student Office after arrival to Meiji University.
For example, exchange students studying in Japanese may take courses at the School and Graduate School of Science and Technology (these schools offer only courses taught in Japanese, not in English). Students enrolled at the School and Graduate School of Science and Technology may also take some courses offered at the School and Graduate School of Business Administration (in English and Japanese).
