For the academic year 2021/22 the Faculty of Science and Engineering has received 1 exchange place for a full year. This exchange place will be given to the best student either from Ii or Yi.
Studies in Mainland China requires good knowledge in Chinese.
Courses in the MBA, LLM and medical programs as well as some special courses (e.g. courses at the Language School and the International Cultural Exchange School) are not open to university-level exchange students.
Exchange students may take cross-faculty modules as long as the courses can be successfully applied for online.
Please note that the selection of English-taught courses in the fields of engineering/technology/science is rather limited. To take courses taught in Chinese, however, students need to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Chinese (Ii/Yi students from Linköping University - Faculty of Science and Engineering typically have a Chinese language level of approximately HSK level 4 or 5).

According to rules by the Chinese Ministry of Education, all foreign students must buy mandatory health insurance when they study in China regardless of whether they have already purchased insurance in their home country to cover the length of their stay abroad. The insurance costs amount to RMB 400 per semester. Students are recommended to purchase insurance in their home country as a supplement to the compulsory Chinese insurance.HP-konverterare
