The Overall
The overall of the Y section is black with yellow stripes along the right side and the corresponding color of the education you are studying. People studying biomedical engineering replace the stripe on the right side for a green one, students at the international program usually have a stripe representing their chosen language on the right side, students studying applied Physics and Electrical Engineering have both stripes yellow and students studying applied Mathematics Engineering have one orange stripe and one yellow.
Your name is supposed to be on the right leg, so that people know who you are. Unless you are a team member of the annual tug of war tournament then the name should be on the left leg. The big section patch should be placed across the back, your program specific patch is placed on the right pant leg on top of the stripe and a smaller section patch on top of your heart. Fun patches can often be bought along with events and parties to commemorate the event and should be put on the left pant leg until there is no space left then you can move on to the rest of the overall.
You are only allowed to wear the overall cabbed up after you have “initiated” the overall at a specific event at the end of the intro period.
