Swedish programmes

The Y-section has four different five year programmes taught (primarily) in Swedish, namely Applied physics and electrical engineering, Applied physics and electrical engineering - international, Biomedical engineering and Engineering mathematics.

Applied physics and electrical engineering is a program combining physics with electrical engineering, and a lot of mathematics.

Applied physics and electrical engineering - international is highly similar to Applied physics and electrical engineering, but a few courses are replaces with a foreign language and during the third year students are expected to study abroad in the language they study.

Biomedical engineering is, like the other programmes, focused on physics, electrical engineering and mathematics but with applications within biomedical engineering.

Engineering mathematics is similar to the other programmes, but has a higher focus on mathematics and less on physics and electrical engineering.
