The Y-section is the student organization for students studying the Swedish graduate engineering programmes

Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering,

Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering - International,

Engineering Mathematics,

Biomedical Engineering,

as well as the international master’s programmes

Electronics Engineering,

Biomedical Engineering,

Data Science and Information Engineering.

The section was founded in 1971, and today it has around 600 members. The general and in-depth knowledge acquired at the programs related to the section makes graduates unique and very competitive in various technical areas, such as electrical engineering, mathematics, physics and biomedical engineering.
